1. Provider and app
ZACKDU! is a party games app by adimeiss Ltd., Limnaria 1, Westpark Village, Shop 20, 8042 Paphos, Cyprus, represented by Adrian Meißner. Contact: hello@zackdu.com. Further details are in the Legal notice.
These terms apply to the Android app. For purchases through Google Play, the terms displayed there at the time of purchase also apply. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Use and game content
You are granted the right to use the app for private game sessions. The app includes free rounds and optional paid Plus content. The scope displayed in your app applies. A creator code does not unlock Plus or increase your purchase price.
Game tasks are voluntary. You can skip tasks and stop at any time. No game requires alcohol. Respect everyone’s boundaries; nobody has to disclose private information or carry out a task.
The app and its content may not be resold as your own product or distributed publicly without our consent. Uses permitted by law remain permissible. You need the necessary rights for content you enter yourself.
3. Plus subscriptions through Google Play
Before each purchase, the app and Google Play purchase dialog show the price, billing period and any free trial. A subscription renews automatically at the displayed price until you cancel it. For an eligible free trial, the paid period begins after the displayed trial period unless you cancel beforehand. Google Play checks eligibility; not every user is eligible for a trial.
Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play under Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ZACKDU! or through Manage Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. After cancellation, Plus generally remains available until the end of the period already paid for. To restore it, use the Google account you purchased with and “Restore purchases” in the app. Purchases are not automatically transferred to an Apple account.
4. Withdrawal, refunds and defects
These terms do not restrict statutory withdrawal rights or rights relating to defects. Whether and under what conditions a right of withdrawal exists or expires for a particular digital purchase depends on applicable law and the declarations made at purchase; these terms do not constitute a blanket waiver.
You can request a refund or withdrawal through Google Play or notify us at hello@zackdu.com. Where possible, include the Google order number, purchase date and your request. Do not send payment card details. Cancelling a subscription and requesting withdrawal or a refund are different processes.

For technical problems or incorrect content, please contact Support. We will investigate the error and provide the remedy required by law. Mandatory warranty, liability and consumer protection rights remain in place.
5. Technical requirements and updates
The Android app requires Android 7 or later and Android System WebView or Google Chrome version 111 or later. Update these components through Google Play. Microphone access is only needed for Sound Flip. Included games can be played offline; purchases, purchase verification and restoration, creator code confirmation and online feedback need an internet connection. Any additional operating system or store requirements are listed in the store.
We provide necessary security and functionality updates. Install required updates to keep the app secure and compatible. Changes during a paid subscription must not circumvent statutory rights.
6. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how the app processes local data, microphone access, purchases and optional usage analytics. Playing free games and purchasing Plus do not require consent to usage analytics.
7. Applicable law
Cypriot law applies. As a consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the country where you habitually reside. Statutory jurisdiction and your right to bring claims before the competent courts remain unaffected.
